Project Overview:
Wuhu Weishi Biotechnology Park is invested by Shanghai Pet Products, mainly engaged in the field of pet products technology development, production of pet feed and pet supplies. Now it has a total of 20+ product lines of dog and cat nutrition products and staple food products, with a full category, full scene, full age product matrix, to meet the nutritional needs of pets in the whole life cycle. Weishi covers an area of 178 acres, is the largest area in China, the most complete product categories set production, supply chain logistics, research and development in one of the whole industrial chain cluster base. The project is divided into phase I and Phase II projects, and the construction and production are carried out respectively, with a cumulative investment of 1.8 billion yuan.
Cooperation situation:
Since 2021, WeisZ has begun to build an advanced pet food manufacturing base, including production lines for expanded food, frozen dry food, baked food, etc. In the process of cooperation, our company combined with the actual situation of Weishi biological production site, many times to communicate the production process, design and provide high-quality supporting programs, in the first phase, the second phase of the project to provide a total of 14 sets of freeze-drying equipment, but also undertake the workshop cold storage, workshop overall cooling system projects.
At present, the two projects have completed the production line and put into operation, and the efficient and stable equipment helps Weishi biology to achieve "accelerated running".
