By passing steam and cooling water into the plate heat exchanger, the heating plate is heated and cooled, so as to complete the lyophilization process.
The freeze-dried warehouse body is available in carbon steel Q235-A and stainless steel SUS304. The surface of the carbon steel bin body is sprayed with imported cabin drinking water paint, the surface of the stainless steel bin body is sanded, and the outer surface is insulated with rubber and plastic sponge.
The heating plate is made of the overall anodized aluminum profile, and the inlet and outlet water connecting box of the heating plate adopts a plate-fin heat exchanger to ensure the temperature uniformity and high radiation efficiency of the plate layer.
The material tray is made of edible aluminum alloy once stamped, the surface is anodized, and the tray is non-stick.
