  • Freeze dried food equipment is excessive noise

  • First, the vacuum degree of industrial food freeze dryer is not enough

    In the freeze-drying process, the vacuum degree always fails to reach the set value, thus affecting the drying effect of the material is a common problem.     The freeze-drying effect of the same batch of materials is uneven, some of the drying effect is good, and some of the water content is too much, which may be caused by insufficient pre-freezing, uneven material placement or improper sublimation process control. In order to ensure that the freeze-drying effect is better, the material can be completely frozen at a low temperature in the pre-freezing stage.
